Dhaka, January 30, 2025 – Ventura Asset Management Company Ltd. ("VAMCL") has formally entered into a Custodian Agreement with BRAC Bank PLC. for Ventura AMCL Balanced Fund ("VAMCLBF"), amounting to BDT 25 Crore. The agreement was formally signed on January 29, 2025.

The Chief Executive Officer of VAMCL, Mr. Khandakar Shafiqur Rhaman, and the Deputy Managing Director & Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking of BRAC Bank PLC., Mr. Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

December 17, 2024 Dhaka: Ventura Asset Management Company Limited (VAMCL) is pleased to announce that it has officially received the registration certificate for the “VENTURA AMCL BALANCED FUND” from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on December 15, 2024. This marks a significant milestone for VAMCL, further solidifying its position as a leading asset management company in Bangladesh.

The registration certificate from BSEC enables VAMCL to launch and manage the VENTURA AMCL BALANCED FUND, which is designed to offer a balanced approach to investment, blending growth and stability. October 21, 2024, Dhaka: Ventura Asset Management Company Ltd. (VAMCL) proudly announces the successful registration of the Trust Deed for its first Mutual Fund named "VENTURA AMCL BALANCED FUND." The Trust Deed was formalized between the Sponsor of the Fund, Ventura Asset Management Company Ltd., and the Trustee, Sandhani Life Insurance Company Ltd. 

The Trust Deed Registration Ceremony was held at the corporate office of Ventura Asset Management Company Ltd., located in Gulshan-2, Dhaka. The event was attended by distinguished members of both organizations. From Ventura AMCL, the Board of Directors, Shareholders, Advisor to the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and other key officials were present. Representing Sandhani Life Insurance Company Ltd., trustee members and officials graced the ceremony in their presence.
