Mr. Abdullah Al Mahmud is a prominent business figure in Bangladesh, renowned for his remarkable accomplishments and leadership in the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) and Textile industry. With over 30 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of various companies under the Mahin Group. He stands out as one of the pioneers and iconic figures for his visionary and revolutionary ideas to challenge the textile industry in Bangladesh.

Mr. Mahmud's entrepreneurial journey began in 1992, following his graduation from the USA. Upon returning to Bangladesh, he embarked on establishing his own business empire. In 1993, he founded Mahin Apparels Limited, a specialized RMG unit focused on manufacturing bottom wears. Recognizing the importance of backward linkage in the industry, he established Hamid Fabrics Limited in 1996, with its Weaving Unit located in Shilmandi, Narsingdi. 

In 2003, he further extended the operation by adding the most advanced Dyeing and Finishing machinery from Germany to Hamid Fabrics Limited. Over the years, he continued to strengthen his position in the sector by incorporating Hamid Weaving Mills Limited in 2007, Tazrian Weaving Mills Limited in 2013 and Hamid Yarn Dying Mills Limited in 2016. 

In addition to his role at Hamid Fabrics Limited, Mr. Mahmud holds several prominent positions in the business community. He is the founding Chairman of Crystal Insurance Company Limited established in 2000. At Present he is also a valued member of the Executive Committee (EC) of the Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) and an Executive Committee (EC) member of the Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC). Previously, he served several times as a Director of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) and also held the position of Vice President of the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA). 

Throughout his career, Mr. Mahmud has received several accolades and recognition for his outstanding contributions to the country's economy. He held the prestigious CIP (Commercially Important Person) status awarded by the Government of Bangladesh in several times. He also received several Awards from the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) & Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA). Furthermore, he was honored with the KOR BAHADUR award by the National Board of Revenue, highlighting his exemplary achievements in business. 

He is an avid supporter of business forums and engages in social causes, reflecting his commitment to the betterment of society. As a visionary entrepreneur, he continues to shape the industry's landscape while actively participating in social initiatives that uplift the society at large. Mr. Mahmud is on the board of directors of Jaflong Valley Boarding School in Sylhet, Bangladesh. His philanthropic efforts extend beyond that. An avid supporter of the arts, he promotes local emerging artists through different programs both inside and outside educational intuitions. 

Mr. Saquib Munstasir Ahmed, born in 2000, is the eldest son of Mahtab Uddin Ahmed and Shaily Fatima. Raised internationally due to his father’s corporate assignments, Saquib attended Cambridge International School in Dubai, SunBeam School in Dhaka, and completed high school in Western Australia. Recently, was graduated with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia.

With a deep interest in capital markets, Mr. Saquib has built a portfolio on the Bangladesh Stock Market, gaining early insights from his grandfather’s role as a Dhaka Stock Exchange member and his father’s leadership in Bangladeshi corporates. This background shapes his goal to bridge Australian investment techniques with Bangladesh’s emerging market potential. After graduation, he aims to engage in portfolio management, believing it can drive economic growth in Bangladesh.

Mr. Saquib has also embraced practical experiences, working blue-collar jobs like McDonald’s to prepare for his professional career. Known for his calm, intellectually curious nature, he actively supports his family’s ventures, such as Build Nation Ltd. An avid traveller with visits to over 30 countries, he enjoys football and exploring diverse cuisines.

Mr. Mahmood Malik is the ex-CEO of Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL). IDCOL is a government owned development financial institution. IDCOL is the market leader in financing private sector in infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy efficient projects.

Mr. Malik has extensive multinational, private sector domestic and international banking experience. He started his career with American Express Bank, Bangladesh in 1992 as Relationship Manager and joined Standard Chartered Bank in 1995. In 2003, he moved to Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai as the Regional Head of Transaction Sales for Financial Institutions for Middle East and South Asia. Before joining IDCOL in 2012 he served as CEO of other financial Institutions in Bangladesh. 

Mr. Malik has an MBA in International Business and Marketing from University of Houston, Texas, USA. 

Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed brings over 30 years of a proven track record in leading large multinational corporations (MNCs) across various industries, including the Financial, Consumer Goods, and Telecommunication sectors. With two decades of C-suite leadership experience, Mr. Ahmed has excelled in managing operations, budgeting, oversight, leading multi-million-dollar mergers, and managing successful dual brands.

As an experienced Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ahmed is highly skilled in strategy, management, risk management, business development, finance, and people management. His transformative leadership not only revolutionized Robi Axiata but also played a pivotal role in changing the landscape of the telecom industry in Bangladesh.

His extensive career includes several key positions: Founder and Managing Director of BuildCon Consultancies Ltd., CEO & Managing Director of Robi Axiata Ltd., Board Member of Ncell Axiata Ltd., Chairman of Reddot Digital Ltd., Program Director for Ncell Integration and South Asia Operation of Axiata, Chief Financial Officer of Unilever Bangladesh Ltd., and National Finance Director of Unilever Arabia Ltd.
